Great Service! Woke up to a backed up toilet, and called Rooter-Man in the morning, they sent a guy over within a hour and had the back up looked at and gave me a quote. The technician on the job was very insightful and explained in details what was causing it and what steps will be taken! It was that simple!! I wish more technicians were as insightful and helpful as Rooter Mans. Truly a great customer service from the moment I called to the point payment was processed(a pretty good deal I might add!)
