I was worried that my 2 outside faucets were leaking and causing my water bill to increase. John from Advanced Plumbing came by and checked both faucets and the inside pipes. He said they were in good shape and he even showed me how to monitor the water neater. John also gave me a quote for new faucets should I decide to replace them since the house is older. The service was great with both John and the people I spoke with on the phone. I will call Advanced next time I have a plumbing or heating issue.

That was my best experience with a plumber, ever. The price was fair, they showed up on time, knew exactly what was needed, and made a very challenging repair. These guys are great, and the two women in the office, who coordinated the scheduling were extremely helpful.

Setting up the appointment was easy and the technician arrived on time. I ended up not using their services because of the cost. My issues: 1. While discussing prices, I told the tech that it looked like I could save a bundle by having a local handyman replace the innards of a toilet tank. The tech told me that if anybody but a licensed plumber works on my toilet, my homeowners insurance wouldn't cover any damage that he caused - which is just plain false, a lie, a scare tactic. 2. I told them up front what work was needed - including a dishwasher that wasn't draining. When the tech got here, he told me that they don't work with dishwashers. If I'd known that, I wouldn't have had him come out in the first place. When I mentioned this to the tech, he said that the office girls don't know what services Advance does and doesn't provide. 3. I was charged an $85 "diagnostic fee" for the visit, which I guess is fair. However, it took me by surprise. Nobody told me up front that there was a charge if you didn't accept their quote.

Advance Plumbing and Heating has been our ‘go to company’ for many years and has always provided us with excellent service. During a recent bathroom renovation, they went above and beyond our expectations! I’m sure that any new or current customer will find their experience conscientious, professional and courteous. We cannot speak highly enough about their service.

This company has been great to work with on our bathroom remodel. They are professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and have excellent staff-from those answering the phone to those completing the work! Chris was in charge of our project and he did a fantastic job - was always on time and quality work! I can’t recommend Advance Plumbing enough! When we are ready to work on our kitchen, they will be the first we call!
