I had a leaking bathroom tap. I called Eco Plumbing and spoke to Paul. He agreed to look at it the following week. The tap needed replacing and he had to move the toilet to get to it. He had to buy materials and said he'd return the next day. I had an emergency and had to go out the following day. He was very courteous. He returned on a day that suited us both. He changed the taps and put some finishing touches to the toilet. There was no call out charge and I paid him the original agreed quote.

We have used Paul a few times because his prices are reasonable and his work has been faultless. He is always respectful of your home and making sure any mess is minimal and cleaned before he finishes. He has also done jobs for my in-laws and a couple of the neighbours, everyone is always happy with Paul's work.

Had an urgent situation needing a repair. Paul came out promptly (on a Sunday!) and carried out the repair. Good job at reasonable price.
