Guru Service Group is the real deal. The company is ultra-responsive and is always available. The plumbers of this company can resolve anything at a very fair price.

I had the worst experience with this group. My furnace went down on one of the coldest days of the year. I called them on the Saturday morning and was told that they would come at the end of the day. Then they called at the end of the day saying they couldn't make it. After explaining that there were two unwell seniors in the house and no gas fireplaces they showed up. Took their money, took the part that needed to be replaced and told us they would order a replacement. By Monday I followed up and was told that the part wouldn't be available until Thursday unless we wanted to pay an extra fee to expedite the process. i asked if I could find out what the part was so i could find it myself. They never even had the decency to call back. It is minus 6 outside today. I called another company and they found and replaced the part within 4 hours, they didn't even charge an on call fee and they cleaned the furnace as a courtesy. Do not use Guru company!!!!!

My mother is very happy with Guru Service. The owner's son is very experienced and identified the issue of my hot water tank quickly and replaced the censor in half an hour. The problem was fixed with a reasonable price. He gave recommendation on the maintenance and improvement as well. I highly recommend their services.
