Ace Plumbing & Heating

We have been managing properties in the Okanagan over 30 years and Ace Plumbing has been our go to plumbing and heating company. Their level of service, knowledge, and response to our needs has always been incredible. Service providers like Ace Plumbing are few and far between.

Complete scammers. They first said 150 for machine, labor 150/hour and when the handyman came for 10 min they charge me 300+tax? When I called they changed what they said from 150 for the machine to 300!! I need to install a voice recorder for ALL of my phone calls when TALKING to ALL the construction companies in Kelowna! Because this is not the first time... Edit: I just called and they said no it was 300 and they charged me 300+tax. And the reply here says no it’s 150? Called them back and they didn’t pick up...too late now because I gave my credit info Please read the comments before you do business with this company. Edit 2: they just deleted their own reply of saying it was 150... what a shame!

Call Ace plumbing because they are the carrier dealer and they installed it in my new home. Furnace failed after two years and it’s Oct temp 0 degrees.......called Monday they said the best they could do for me was a visit on Thursday to see what’s up! Wow...so sad that no heat problems are not prioritized. If I had said gee ok it would likely be next Monday by the time it was fixed. Instead I called there competition Blair plumbing and they came out immediately and diagnosed and ordered part and now fixed Wednesday .......thanks Blair Plumbing. Service sucks at Ace.

I don’t know where to even begin. I bought the osmosis filter “top of the line”, but it failed in less than 2 weeks and when they came to fix it, they said not to worry it should be good just give it some time. That we did and in another week she was making sounds like my 1942 rust bucket when I cold start er. They sent an invoice charging 250 for “equipment fixing” which makes no sense because it didn’t do anything. I then tried calling to no answer and then when I did they kept transferring me to some guy who will check the warranty and it hadn’t been even a month. This is the worst thing I’ve ever purchased and don’t want even my worst enemy to purchase it. I hope they try fixing it because some times it sounds like a earthquake is occurring trying to filter, it is very annoying and hard to hear constantly throughout the day.

Horrible work had to pay $400 for nothing I could’ve done a better job my self. I see you have five star ratings so it must’ve been a bad day but very unbelievable and super unprofessional. The caulking is so bad I could’ve done it better handless.
