Called these guys with a leaked basement and backed up sump pump. Carey sent someone out there, and advised we needed a new sump pump. Over $1,000 later and basement is still backing up 3 weeks later. Tried to charge $600 to replace a p-trap in basement sink. Followed up and they decided not to come out again and make things right. Thankfully loads of qualified and competent plumbing experts out there. Avoid.

During the cold spell our furnace decided to give up. Papa Grant came over to see what was going on. We have heat again! Our furnace is quite old and we currently don't have the budget for a new one.
