Colin was recommended by a contractor I was using as the only plumber he would trust. And after working with Colin I can see why. It was an extremely rewarding experience. He is more than fair with his pricing, consistently on time, and extremely knowledgeable about his trade. What I appreciated the most was that he would take the time to explain what he needed to do and why. He was able to take a call at what seemed almost anytime and answer any of my questions. Hands down the best tradesman I have worked with.

Elevated Mechanical was recommended to us by a friend and we were extremely impressed! They installed a new hot water tank and humidifier in our home, which has been wonderful. Their quality of work impressed us so much that we hired them again to install a radiant heater in our garage. Mike was awesome! He was very thorough from the install portion down to to the clean up on site. Colin was extremely knowledgeable in exploring all options for us. His suggestions were very helpful and genuine. Genuine, prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly service!!!!! My furnace had some issues over the holidays. It was a Sunday with negative temperatures and no other companies answered their phones. Some friends referred me to call Colin with Elevated Mechanical. Not only was the phone answered, but Colin after a quick consult over the phone made time for us that very day! He took the furnace apart and inspected it. The problem was just as he stated it would be from the phone call, in which he listened to the noises it was making and made the hypothesis. Loose squirrel cage and loose belt. Said the 40 year old furnace motor is overdue as is the furnace, but just put back together the squirrel cage and put the belt on properly. The furnace had a squeak to it for the last few years and that noise is gone now too. He explained in detail everything he did plus what the last company that serviced it missed when adjusting the belt, the reason why it squeaked when it ran. The service fell into the minimum call out charge category and he only charged that. No pressurized upselling or used car salesman antics to rip us off. Final thoughts: 100% impressed!!! Thanks Colin & Elevated Mechanical for saving the day and my wallet. Already recommended Colin to over a dozen of my friends and family.

These guys are true professionals at a very competitive price. Mike serviced our furnace that was on the fritz, and came with very little notice. He was professional and courteous and even friendly to my kids. I recommend Colin, Mike and team fully.
