Shawna (did I spell this correctly?) is an amazing customer service agent. Dave was the technician that came to my house to service my gas fireplace. He was able to fix what was needed there with little effort, but went beyond to help me better understand the dynamics of air flow in my house (related to my wood burning fireplace) and an issue with my hot water heater. I have confidence in this company. Will hire again as needed.

Tim came over to take care of our heater that had failed. Upon opening the panels he immediately knew what the issue was and within a couple hours our furnace was back up and running better then when we had first moved in. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone I know that is looking to have work done.

Efficiency will make sure the job is done right, and give you advice for keeping everything running well. They are upfront, reliable, and caring. I plan on contacting Efficiency with all of my future work. I have contacted them for help in the past, and today they fixed my furnace. They knew the problem with one look, and had it running (better than we've ever had it running) in no time.

We just had Chad from your firm complete a cleaning of our fireplace, hot water tank, furnace and garage furnace. He did a great job and you would not have known that he was in our home to do the work. Everything cleaned up and it was great to have him find an issue with our garage furnace. We have been dealing with Efficiency for over 25 years and highly recommend the firm. Great people who you can trust to provide the comfort and safety to look after my family and properties.

Called in this morning as my furnace stopped working late last night. They were able to fit me in this afternoon. Dustin arrived as soon as he could and almost immediately knew what was wrong. He was able to get the part right away and fix it. Whole process took about 2 hours from time of arrival to when everything was done. Both the gentleman I spoke with on the phone and Dustin were friendly, helpful, and efficient, and made a stressful situation painless. Extremely pleased with the service! Thank you!
