Not sure who I talked to at this company, but whoever I spoke to was a lifesaver. My leak problem was turned down by a local company and another company that couldn't come until the next day, both over 4 stars for enfield. The plumber I spoke to walked me through my problem and told me it was an easy fix. Said it would save me a load of money. What a great and noble guy he was. I was able to fix the problem in less than 4 minutes. He explained why it happened and how to fix. What more can you ask for. I will call these guys first next time!!!! Thank you Panella's Plumbing & Heating. You have a new local customer even though I hope I don't have to call back for a while!

We will never call here again for sure! Estimate for emergency work was given by the service guy(who smelled like pot smoke/beer). In a bind we said go ahead.Big mistake. When bill was ready it was twice the amount! I questioned it and the guy says "things cost ya know" I know they do but not twice what you quote in my home before you started! Called main office,got a rude woman who basically said im stuck.."Pay or we sue..your choice" NEVER AGAIN!
