Excellent service. Called at 3pm, sent a Plummer out for 6pm same day. Bruce was excellent, figured out the problem right away, communicated it clearly and took us through it step by step. He was very thorough and took the time to make sure the problem was 100% solved and not just 98% solved (clogged sink and leaky drain that needed replacing). Would definitely recommend Bruce and will be calling him for future plumbing needs.

I just had a service with Mr.Rooter today for my tenant clogged sink. Their customer service was very professional and their technician Bruce was really nice and helpful, he came in and got the job done no problem at all. The way the do their pricing makes a lot of sense, free diagnosis with obligation and upfront estimation.

Today 2020/01/12 Bruce TEHRANI of Mr Rooter came to my house. He had to remove the first floor toilet in order to snake a plugged main stack. Water was also backing up into the adjacent bathtub. when a higher level unit used a fixture. The service was quick, efficent, friendly, with a nice cleanup job. (I still needed to do normal cleaning which I expected) I was very pleased and would recommend Bruce.

We have a bad odour coming from the drains occasionally. Customer service was excellent. The service guy was very professional and gave us suggestions on how to fix our problem. They didn't charge us since it was a problem we can fix ourselves with a product from Home Depot.

Bruce from Mr. Rooter did an amazing job fixing my broken faucet. He also offered very good advice on ways to improve our existing piping. I highly recommend this service.
