Our water bill had been increasing each month and we didn't know why - we didn't see a leak or faucets running or anything and we tried the food dye in the back of the toilet thing with no result. We called Sam Harb Plumbing this morning, and within an hour someone had called us back and asked if we would be home today. Johnny and his partner came and were so helpful and friendly, they explained the problem (old faucets that were running into the underground water trap continuously), gave us an accurate and reasonable quote, and fixed the problem within a few minutes. The whole experience was great, and we will definitely be using Sam Harb for any future plumbing needs we have! So relieved to have found a friendly, trustworthy plumber!
Our plumber arrived at the expected time to deal with our kitchen plumbing issue. Will was professional and courteous. He worked hard to fix the problem and replaced aging parts that could have created a much bigger problem later on. He explained everything he did and gave us good maintenance advice. The rates were very reasonable especially since the work took an hour and a half. Excellent service and would recommend them for your plumbing needs..
Had a major bathroom disaster, and Sam Harb and Family definitely came to the rescue. The guys were fast, efficient, honest and kind. I can remember when I was little my mom would call Sam when we had an emergency and now having used them myself, i can see how they are still in business today. Totally recommended this family run business to everyone!!
Quick response time, but that is only because they send out different plumbers each time to fix the issues of the one before. Recommend looking somewhere else to find somebody who can do the job right the first time. Also seem to be petty with pricing and valuing customers...
Amazing quick work done by Johnny and Riley! I needed a simple cartridge fixed, they were in and out in 20 min. Everything was kept clean and they were very professional! I would highly recommended this company to anyone!
