Amazing professionalism and Customer Service! Nelson was so professional and courteous. He fixed our central humidifier but did not leave until he waited a while to ensure no more water was leaking. While on site he inspected the connecting appliances to ensure it does not interfere with the proper running of the equipment. He answered all my questions in details and in terms I could understand. Glad to deal with a service company which cares and makes its employees happy and passionate about their job!

It’s not common to meet a service tech with as much heart as Daniel. He was friendly and possess a great deal of customer service. He was very respectful of my home and went over and above for me & my family. Our water heaters wasn’t working and didn’t stop until it was fixed and followed up to make sure all was good. You need to train all your techs to have as much integrity as he does. I would definitely recommend Reliance Home Comfort if you send Daniel to help. Thx for everything!!!

I had a furnace malfunction, and the heating completely stopped working. Steven(the Tech from Reliance) was very experienced. He checked out the whole system thoroughly and provided his diagnosis in an ‘easy to understand’ way. The whole system was up and running in a short time. Steven checked to make sure everything was fine, and asked me if I needed any further details. I have full confidence that my furnace was checked professionally.

My parents furnace had failed. Our service technician was great. He was very polite, very organized and assured my parents everything will be fixed. Within a few minutes of his diagnosis he located the problem and the issue was resolved. Before leaving he gave us some very good advise along with a few tips on how we con prolong the life of our furnace.
