Had a great price on the unit. hard to get them to service called 4 times no reply
We have had Sure-Fire previously for maintenance and repair to our previous furnace. We have had other company's provide maintenance as well. However, we did not find them as knowledgeable OR courteous as Sure-Fire. So, when we needed a new furnace and air conditioner. Steve and Tim were our choice for the installation. We are extremely impressed with Steve and Tim's knowledge of the product and its installation. There was a small hiccup with the furnace which required a part. Steve was out the same day I called to trouble shoot the issue. He returned two days later and installed the part. We are very happy with the furnace. We would recommend Sure-Fire to anyone.

Tim and Steve went above and beyond for us when our furnace had issues on Boxing Day. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Can’t get better service than Sure Fire.
