Very pleased with the service, The store is amazing with all the different heat pumps on display. Each heat pump has all the info on what each one does. Had our Willis heat pump installed on Tuesday and can't believe the heat that it pumps out. House is all toasty, just the way I like it. Your knowledge on heat pumps are second to none. We have been a customer of The Plumbing and Heating Shop for a few years now and i have to say the service there is second to none. About a year ago we had an issue with dirty power because of a tree on the power lines which ruined our board on our Heat Pump. One call to the shop, they located a new board and we were up and running in no time. The day they were scheduled to come we had a major snow storm. I didn't expect anyone to drive in that but the technician showed up, installed the new board and was on his way. Very friendly and professional lad whom answered any questions we had. A couple of weeks ago our Board went again.(Yes, Another tree on the lines) After talking to Jacques he decided to replace the whole system because he didn't want to take any chances on internal damage that may have happened. They didn't have to replace the whole system but they went above and beyond anything I expected. They offer a warranty for purchase and i recommend you take advantage of it. The BEST investment we ever made! We purchased 2 Willis 24,000 BTU Heat Pumps and couldn't be happier with their performance. Our house is WARMER than it's ever been, our electricity bills are DOWN, we SAVED $500 in house insurance when we removed our oil tank and furnace AND we'll NEVER have to lug in another cord of wood into our house for the rest of our lives! EASY to CLEAN - takes 5 minutes ONCE A MONTH. And to top it all off, EXCELLENT, HONEST SERVICE from staff who remember your name and want to DO YOU RIGHT. We've been back to the store several times just to say how happy we are and I can assure you we don't do that very often. What we really like is that the HEAT TRAVELS through the house, so the back rooms that were always freezing are actually WARM. I love walking down the stairs now. It's actually warm in our basement! I can't say enough good things about our heat pumps except WE SHOULD HAVE DONE IT YEARS AGO!

Amazing experience, I commented on a deal on the page . Said I’d come down in person and talk. Went over the numbers, prices , heating cost , savings ect, the full layout , best placement everything. It was very high end service, went over to the financial department, that went smoothly, everything checked out and I got a great payment plan and extended warranty. They also set up my electric services I needed for the hookup that was only $690 tax in. They told be ahead of time and factored into the total price. Very pleased, set dates for installation, called a day before to confirm, unfortunately the units I got was damaged on shipping so , on a very well bonus , my two 12000btu units was upgraded to two 24000 units no extra cost. Now that is loyalty! And respect to an amazing keeping the highest standards on service. Had units installed, right where I wanted, professional and well done. They look out standing! I cant help but say I definitely made the right choice with using this company because it was way beyond you average experience. Thank you so much , my house is now fully warm

Had a complete bathroom renovation with the Plumbing & Heating Shop. Great service, they always took the time to talk to us and answer our many questions. The total cost came in at the estimate, which was much more reasonable than their competitors. Looks fantastic!
