Classic Construction Company

I used CC to install kitchen floor tile about a year ago. They did an excellent job. Recently ehen I contacted them about doing more work, we made an appointment to see tile samples. They called twice to confirm appointment, then cancelled at last minute. Never called me back. How rude! Apparently not really interested in smaller residential jobs?

Wonderful experience. We had a water leak in the attic which ran down into one of our bedrooms. They showed up on time, were very nice and personable. Quickly assessed the damaged and started treating the issue, Cleaned up after themselves after cutting drywall out. I will definitely be using them again!

Called to try and get an estimate to replace a door molding. Seemed very disinterested and told me 6 months before they can get here. Btw, we live in a HOA neighborhood and have a 6K sq foot house. I wish I could toss away customers like they did. NEXT!

Had to call three times. First time I called he said it was after hours and it says 24hrs a day. Then wanted to charge me 250 for an estimate. No way other companies will do it for free!!! That to me says they don’t want the work!!!! I wouldn’t hire this company on a bet.

Where do I even start. We hired Classic Construction for a remodel after our home caught on fire. We were out of our home for over 8 months, which the last few months were mainly due to work not getting done properly or not done according to what they were getting paid to do. If you want your walls and trim to look like they were painted by a child, hire this company. If you want paint spilled on your new carpet then covered up with your furniture, hire this company. If you want your furniture scratched up/damaged when being moved to storage and back into your home, hire this company. If you want good quality and efficient work done by trustworthy people, DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! As if going through a house fire wasn’t bad enough!!
