I was in the hospital and my wife saw the upstairs toilet had a leak. DEC 21st. I get the extra charge due to it being a Sat. $249.00 then $292.00 parts and labor for restoring toilet flush valve and two new tank bolts. Oh yea. He tested the flush valve and flapper. With Tax $586.00 my wife was charged and paid to fix’s a leaky toilet. I personally believe this is really excessive. Did he stop the leak yes, my disappointment is not with the work, just the excessive price for this job.
I couldn't be happier with the emergency service I got from this company. Ron came out and fixed all my issues after hours and it was everything that I needed. Seriously very courteous and friendly. There's no way I'm going to contact a different plumber in the future. I absolutely recommend Ray's Plumbing Service
