I had an excellent experience with Doc, the plumber on January 16,2020. First he was right on time, sitting, waiting for me in front of my home. Second he was concerned about the cost and wanted to give me the best deal he could. What a nice, kind person. I got lucky. Doc even put in a couple of light bulbs that I couldn't reach that had been needed for some time. Thank you for sending this gentleman my way. You might want to clone him.
Sam worked efficiently and was really helpful. He communicated so well all the way from time of arrival, work that needed to be done and understanding for moving forward and caring well for the plumbing. I was so grateful to get this problem solved! I called and the next day they came at a time that was accessible for me and my kids crazy schedule.
Great Service. Very timely Even during a snow storm. I called in the morning and got a technician to visit in next 4 hours. (Other places i called before has 2 day Wait time). The technician was very nice and friendly and was able to identify the problem and fix it quickly. Though the service was a but pricey, it was worth every penny.
Absolutely fantastic service. Tyler Locklear was friendly, patient, and informative. Tho he took time out of his busy schedule to investigate my scenario, he did not charge me. He explained how an unplugged pump actually kept my bathroom from draining. They have gained a loyal customer for such spectacular service! Thank you!
All around great experience! My shower suddenly developed a fairly significant leak (when I turned it off water continued to flow) so I wanted to find someone who could fix it right away and that was Roto-Rooter. I went online and at about 6am and was able to schedule an appointment for the same morning (which was a four hour window between 8am and noon). I received a call to let me know when my technician was on the way and the problem was repaired in no time. My technician (Florin) did a great job and I am very relieved that my shower is back to normal.
