Bradley was knowledgeable and very professional. He was quick and wasted no time diving into my crawl space to find the issue. He easily diagnosed the problem and fixed it with the most minimal financial impact to me available. Great all around experience. Would recommend Southern Goodman again, and would suggest asking for Bradley as well.

Finally, a service technician that I felt confident with. If you have had any dealings with Southern Goodman in the last three years you understand my less than stellar opinion of the company. I had water damage from an improper install, a unit 3 days old that didn't work and a $189.00 service charge they thought I would pay to repair the new unit. Technicians and office personnel including managers that have been rude and uninterested in making the customer happy are an understatement until today!!! I could not be more pleased with Bradley, he was efficient, courteous, willing to explain in layman terms what was wrong and what needed to happen to get the unit in working order. Bradley clearly understood my frustration with my unit, the office personnel and the other technicians. His promise to make things right was followed up by telling me he would call and check on the unit during our next cold wave. I believe he will. Samson was great! He took his time to check the inside and outside units and checked the crawl space. He took pictures, showed anything he found concerning, and explained options of how to address those concerns. He answered all my questions and was very helpful.
