I could not have been more pleased with the outstanding service. The service window was 12pm to 3pm. I got a call from Miguel at 11:30 letting me know that he would arrive at noon and he did. He looked at the problem, told me what was wrong, gave me a cost estimate, retrieved the needed parts from his van and quickly made the repair. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Great job, great value!
From the moment I contacted them until the job was done their team of dispatchers all the way to Jesse the technician was phenomenal. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff and very reasonable prices! Jesse not only fixed the plumbing issue quickly and efficiently, he also gave many important tips and tricks on how to winterize the house! Much appreciated! I will definitely use them again for plumbing and HVAC needs!
Very helpful tech came out and was able to help me understand how to fix a plumbing issue myself rather than spend money to have him do it. The job was very simple and he was very honest about it, which ended up saving me at least $600. The hourly cost is high but on par with other businesses in the area. I will highly recommend this company to all friends in this area!
Miguel arrived well before the promised time (which was a big plus). He listened carefully to my request and then performed the work quickly and professionally. Everything works great. I was given the price quote before the work was started but I must admit it was considerably higher than I was expecting. I am usually able to do my own basic repairs so maybe I’m just out of the loop with respect to the customary charges. That said, I am completely satisfied with the job.
We had a smell coming from our kitchen sink that we could not get rid of. Nick was very punctual, professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced our garbage disposal and while the smell got better it was not completely resolved. Cardinal sent Nick back out quickly and traced the issue to a drain pipe that had build up in it. He cleaned it and put it back together and now the smell is completely gone. The return visit was at no charge the company handled the return visit with ease and stood behind their warranty. Thanks for clearing the smell out of our house before the holidays.
