I have used Serenity Plumbing on multiple occasions starting with the replacement of my Hot Water Heater to busted and leaking pipes. I found their Office Staff and Plumbers to be very friendly and professional as well as reasonably price and hard working. They were very timely in responding to my needs. I would highly recommend using their services.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the issue in great detail. They completed the work very timely. If you want a company that has great communication, excellent prices and professional work these are the guys to call.

Serenity plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever used!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I called and scheduled appointment to have kitchen faucet replaced and garbage disposal removed. Guy showed up two days later as scheduled. When I showed him the faucet I had purchased (which was the correct replacement), he said the appointment was to provide an estimate for the job NOT to actually do the work. He also indicated that it would be the next week before the work could be done. At no point when I made the appointment did the female I spoke with indicate the appointment I made was to provide an estimate and not to perform the work. I still do not have work done due to her extremely poor communication. I would not have scheduled the appointment with this company had I known this. I would not recommend company to anyone. Be careful if you decide to work with them.
