Had them do a laundry list of tasks related to a kitchen sink renovation. A couple curve balls came up but Michael was awesome at communicating them quickly and we were able to overcome them quickly. They offered me the best quote of the 4 or 5 people I asked, and their respect of the value of my time was unparalleled. Ecstatic with their work!

In mid August 2019, I had a few plumbing problems. One of the bath faucets was leaking. I called Plumb Professionals for an estimate. Jonathan came and checked everything. He said he could take a look at what was wrong with the faucet. He opened the faucet and fixed it in a few minutes. He was efficient and accurate. I highly recommend them if you have a plumbing problem. Thank Plumb Professionals for keeping my faucet dry when I am not using it.

The technician Mike was detailed and on time. He came in, assessed the situation quickly, and repaired the issue right way, being sure to explain to me what he was doing. Only company I'll use.

Five stars for today's service call (appt. made only yesterday!). Jonathan and Ryan, service tech's, arrived exactly on time. Both listened to multiple issues and gave excellent answers and advice. One issue was diagnosed for repair. Jonathan and Ryan are knowledgeable, personable, respectful, honest, helpful and I will use Plumb Professionals if needed again and I will refer as well. They resolved / explained / repaired all issues in a little over one hour. They came for a free estimate and consult; then performed the repair and the quoted estimate remained the same. I had Plumb Professionals replace my gas hot water heater in Aug 2019. They did a great job. They answered all my questions. Brought it up to code and gave me a fair deal. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.
