We had family visiting for Christmas when the sewage basin for basement bathroom overflowed. We contacted a couple of plumbers - one wanted to refer us to a sewage expert and the other wanted to charge us $169 emergency service charge while stating their plumber wouldn't be able to get to us for seven hours or more. Then we called Jefferson Plumbing and left a voicemail. Randal called us back almost immediately and I explained our issue. Rather than accept the job outright, he first suggested I try a couple things. He stayed on the phone throughout as I tried what he suggested - and it worked! No need for him to come out. With craftsmen, you pay for their knowledge more so than their time...in doing what he did, Randal consciously imparted his knowledge for free knowing that he otherwise could've made at least a couple hundred dollars in what would've been a matter of minutes. Selflessness is a rare trait these days and IMO is something that speaks to one's integrity. He didn't know us from "Adam", yet he extended a neighborly gesture. And in doing so, Randal has absolutely earned our business going forward. Thank you, Randal, for your wisdom and kindness; it made our day. God bless.

Of any service company that we have ever used, Jefferson Plumbing is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Their integrity and professionalism made the job of replacing home water main and the complications that sprang up stress-free. Not once was there worry or regret of choosing Jefferson Plumbing to do our job and they will be the only plumbing service we use in the future. They see the job through all the way even past the point other companies would declare their part “done.” It is extremely rare or even unheard of to find a group of individuals in the service industry with this much integrity and respect for self and clients’ persons and property.

Randal and his team came in to re plumb our entire house to remove the Quest pipes. He also installed a new hybrid water heater for us. I felt Randal charged us a fair price, performed the work quickly, and left the place as clean as he found it. He was easy to get ahold of and answered questions thoroughly. Our water has been back up and running for a week and we have had no problems. He will hopefully only ever be a phone call away if we need anything. I recommend giving Jefferson Plumbing a call and having them complete your project.

We are so thankful we found Randal at Jefferson Plumbing! He has been out multiple times this year to help us correct mistakes that have caused a lot of damage from an unexperienced plumber. He is available on weekends and even answers questions I have over the phone and text without charging extra. He is a real lifesaver!!

Randall and the Jefferson Plumbing team were beyond wonderful! I just bought my house in January and had not yet established a relationship with a plumber. I had to call Randall with an emergency when my water pressurizer sprung a leak and was flooding my crawl space. He came over within an hour of the call and had a new pressurizer delivered the same day and installed. Truly a life saver for a farm with horses where water is a must. Glad I have found my new plumber!
