I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They responded quickly and went above and beyond to complete the job. My mom had a water leak into her basement and we expected the worst. The very friendly and professional crew arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem. They also pointed out that her hot water heater had an issue that could become dangerous if left in place. They went to work and efficiently put in a new water line, replaced her hot water heater, put in new and safer cut off valves, and replaced an old and unreliable spigot for her water hose. The job was completely within 24 hours and my family now has peace of mind about my mom's house. I won't hesitate to call them again if we do more renovations.

Lowe's had Tri-State Plumbing install our new dishwasher and Richard did such a good job that we asked Ryan to let him come back and install our over the range microwave. Tri-State has been so good to work with. They come when they say they will or if an emergency comes up they will call to reschedule. They are good communicators which means so much to busy families like ours. Richard with Tri-State is knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and an excellent worker. He makes sure the job is done right. He also explains things whenever we have a question. We highly recommend Richard and Tri-State, and will definitely call them back for another project. Tri-State Plumbing was called to install a toilet in my 28 year old trailer. I was worried about the replacement for no reason. Because the job was done so professionally I called Tri-State to install a kitchen sink and an outdoors hose spicket. Once again a great job. Today I discovered a huge leak under the trailer and turned the water off. Within two hours the leak was repaired. I have asked for an estimate for a deck roof because they can do anything. It’s so difficult to find a good company that will even come out and follow through on a required job.
