Our guy “Brandon” was FANTASTIC he was very informative, on time rather earlier than the scheduled time which I was very pleased! I was very excited that he took the time to explain what he was doing. Why he was doing it and through to make us know what to look for in the future to avoid future problems. He told me that they have a twice yearly program for a minimal cost that I am interested in for the maintenance of our central heating and cooling unit. I would recommend Maddox to anyone needing help with their heating and cooling system!!!! I am very pleased with this company!

Travis always does such a great job! He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and always polite, honest, friendly and considerate. I appreciate that he takes the time to explain the problem and the solution. When I schedule an appointment, I ask for him because I have complete confidence that the job will be done well.

Maddox is awesome! I came home to one night to my house and several rooms had no electricity. Chris came out at 9pm in the middle of December and fixed me right up. I will definitely use their services in the future for all of my electrical needs. A+ work!

We’ve had our Maddox installed HVAC for over two years now. I called them today around 1 to see if they could have someone come out and check our system because of what I thought was some unusual sounds coming from the outside unit. To my surprise they sent someone out within an hour. The service tech, Travis I believe, was great. He did a full system check and found everything to be operating correctly. For many years, I have trusted the experience and workmanship of Maddox Heating & Air. Their technicians are always prompt & extremely courteous. Just yesterday, the heat pump stopped working at my rental property. Their technician, Travis came within 30 minutes of my call.
