Great service. Called in the morning for a maintenance check up. The person answering the phone put me on hold to find out if they had a service man in the area. There was , and he came over within a half hour. Checked everything out and as gone within an hour. Nice to have good service for once. Would highly recommend Lee’s Heating and Air anytime. Great service on a full furnace replacement! Called one day for a service call, they actually arrived early. Decided to replace rather than repair a 18 year old furnace. They were here the next morning on time, worked hard, did a great job and even cleaned up after themselves. 24 hours later, it's single digits outside, but we're warm and comfy in the house. All employees were fantastic....Dustin on the service call and Alex and Quentin on the installation. Knowledgeable, professional, polite and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Yea, I was hoping for a cheap repair and a new furnace cost a lot of $$. But this replacement was inevitable, and I knew it was coming. We can only live in denial for so long right?.....then we get cold and call Lee's. New furnaces are expensive, but I feel I was informed and treated fairly. Assuming this furnace lasts me another 20 years (fingers crossed), I think I'm in pretty good shape, Thanks Lee's!

Lees Heating and Air is a top notch, honest company. They are always ready and willing to come to a customer' need. We just had a new a/c and heating units put in. They were great at explaining the types of units so we could make an educated decision. They wasted no time in starting the work and we are very pleased with the results

Furnace issues are no fun. Especially when you are approaching the holiday season and nighttime temps are below freezing. Our sales rep Pete came out and made a few recommendations providing some literature to help us make an informed decision. The install crew was timely and professional. On the back end Alexis provided excellent support and information as to the status of the product that was ordered, installation scheduling and some financing options. I am sure they will be on Santa’s nice list!!!
