Did not show up to appointment, and didn’t answer phones all day. I believe these guys are probably decent plumbers, but I need reliability when it comes to having them show up to get work done
I used him instead of my normal plumber because a family member referred me to him. I regret my choice. Charging for two people per hour, you should do the work of two people per hour. It is considerate to show up on time or have the courtesy to let us know you are behind, especially an hour and a half. Our time is as valuable as yours.
Had Craig come out to install a sump pump at 11 pm. He stayed until the job was done and made sure that I was happy. Excellent job, and his employee that he had with him was phenomenal.
Came out on a holiday evening to help us! SO nice, and experienced. Fixed the problem quickly and worked to make sure it wouldn't happen again! AMAZING!!!! Thank-you so much!!!!
Highly recommended! I called two other plumbers before calling Craig and neither would even show up. Craig came when he said he would, got the job done in a friendly, professional way and charged a fair rate.
