Bruce was right on time and did a very detailed job and explained everything to me so I understood. He was very professional and courteous. I will ABSOLUTELY use Bacon for all of my home needs. Joining the Friends and Family plan was the best decision we’ve made since owning our home. It makes me cringe thinking of how much money we could’ve saved if we got the plan the first day of ownership. Oh well. We are good going forward. Yes, we love Bacon!! :-)

We have an infant at home and needed immediate help with a backed-up plumbing issue in the kitchen. The receptionist heard the panic in my voice and escalated us to immediate response. The dispatcher called and sent information on the expected plumber, whose photo was provided for safety. I sincerely appreciated that. Justin T. was very courteous and punctual. He was sensitive to the work I was doing from my home office, played with the overly inquisitive kittens, and provided options for solutions. He worked quickly and diligently, and new his products well. Overall - best plumber we’ve experienced! Only feedback for Bacon Plumbing I have for improvement is to not charge a $39 dispatch fee. The fees are why I’ve used other plumbers in the past. I appreciate your employees and their quality - but this seems outlandish.

Trevor with Bacon Plumbing was on-time, professional, friendly, efficient and overall really helpful in explaining the problem (tree roots in sewer drain leading out of our house) and showed us video using a small camera he deployed into the drain pipe, to get to the root of the issue (sorry, pun intended). We are happy to have him back tomorrow to replace a section of the 4” drain pipe to provide us with a more permanent solution than just clearing it with an auger, although clearing it as a short term solution IS much appreciated.

I want to first say that Mario is a true professional. He was promptly on time and his attention to detail was unmatched. He was very knowledgeable about his profession and customer service is a top priority to him. You can tell that he is proud to be a part of a great organization that values their customer. Job well done and I will definitely recommend him and your company to all my family and friends.

We just had an after hours service call with Bacon. This was our first time using this company for anything so we did not know what to expect. Amy was quick to get a technician en route to our house and Travis did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable and personable. We will definitely call them first for future issues. We highly recommend Bacon!
