Excellent customer service from the initial phone call (don't remember the lady's name but she was super pleasant and helpful) to calling when they were on their way and the actual work. Philip was knowledgeable, helpful, on time and cleaned up the area after digging up and pumping our septic. I'm a customer for life!

Called on Saturday morning and luckily, they had a cancellation and could work me in. The friendly and informative lady that answered the phone kept me updated on the approximate time. The technician, Philip, called ahead to let me know his eta. The customer service with both contacts were excellent. I will definitely refer Massey’s to others.

Excellent Service. I didn’t realize one of my tank’s lids was underground and Phil found it with a probe and let me dig it up so I didn’t incur an extra charge. He also told me how to cover it and where to get the parts, so I wouldn’t have to dig it up again. Phil was also very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.
