We used FAS for a gravity wall heater. Our house warranty company sent them but the valve was bad and wasn't covered. Ordered the part and came and replaced it. Left the hallway as clean as it was when he came. Then it stopped working so I had them come back out to verify the valve was still ok and nothing else was wrong. Apparently the safety had tripped, likely because of an issue with the roof vent that we resolved, but we didn't know about the safety or where it was. He showed me how to reset it if it happens again. If it continues to happen I'll definitely be calling them again to check it out. Punctual, friendly, and came the day after I called this last time.

Great company, fast efficient and very affordable. I've called this company a few times for my washer and air conditioner, the technicians that came to perform repairs were very friendly and they explained everything that was done to solve the issues I was having. Thank you for the good service.

These two clowns came in to check my refrigerator and had the gall to tell me the on and off switch went bad. This refrigerator is a model year 1997. Yeah after running for 22 I would think it just gave out but no it's a just a bad switch. Yeah right, then they have left my kitchen almost unusable.

I've used FAS HVAC's services twice in the past 6 months for 2 separate reasons. Both times, they were easy to reach, on-time (or earlier than expected, which was fine!), and honest with their work.

One of the things that they supposed to do as an air company, is make the air work, and they didn’t, worst manager ever (Anthony) thanks God we already change our air company
