Super Plumber Company

Terrible service, terrible company. The owner is nice but she has no idea how bad or incompetent her employees are. Her husband was in the hospital. I hired them to plumb a new bathroom and tie into my existing plumbing. It was and still is a nightmare. She had them come out and redo it and it was worse each time they returned. They actually left more work than there was when they arrived.

Called and left a message. Didn't return my call, so I called back. The woman that answered the phone told me that she already told me that they couldn't help me and hung up on me. Didn't even let me finish my sentence or explain to me why they couldn't help me.

My issue is the cost, 112$ for there plumber to come out and let me know my hot water heater needs to be replaced, i already did all the troubleshooting and replaced the thermonuclear the only incite the plumber had for me was the valve control (only remaining part) was out and it would be better to replace the water heater. i strive to to support local owned business but with prices like this and not even letting me know when i made the appoint that the price would be 112$ for a trip charge i would have called Abacus or even Roto-Rooter there trip charge is upfront and only 30$-50$. lets be clear this review is ONLY about there cost the staff was friendly and professional,, would i recommend Super Plumber i would NOT..

This is the worst service I have ever received from a business!! Charged $180 for nothing!! Told if I didn't pay she would call the police.. didn't even want to give me details on the issue.. she said "I am done with you guys.. going back and forth with phone calls.. just pay or I am going to call the police" She was the one that said don't pay untill she talked to serviceman? I was already giving him my credit card and he walked outside so I called office? I had to leave and go to work and left it with the home owner and told him I would let him know when she called me back.. she never did.. I had to call her, then got an attitude not to mention quoted one price and had to pay another? She said well that girl that gave you price isn't here.. REALLY BAD BUSINESS!!! I have ran installers and technicians my entire life and never would I talk to a customer like this.. You will not be recommended by this home owner or anyone we know. Update: after dinner we have now inspected what was done outside and apparently the tech has broke the sewer line because the yard is now flooded.. i guess that is why he needed a supervisor.. it was just a clogged toilet.. what the heck.. they will be sent the bill to fix now and charges will be disputed..

Great job! Harley found a tiny leak in my wall without too much damage to the sheet rock. I appreciate the great and quick repair! Thanks!
