Malek Service Company

The service my Mother received from Malek Heating & A/C on Tuesday was above and beyond expectations. Our technician “Keith” was the most thorough that we have ever experienced and spent the time with us to answer all of our questions. I’ve had a very positive experience using Malek. The technician, Mr. Keith Acosta was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly identify the problem and repair it immediately. I would highly recommend using Malek Heating and Air Conditioning.

I have enjoyed the service, but I am highly annoyed with their new service plans and starting to offer plumbing. Now if I stay, I’m forced to choose a new plan with no service discounts that including plumbing inspections that I do not want. I am Currently looking for another company that only does HVAC work. This come across as just a membership plan and a “force” to use their plumber. Very upset.
