My experience was not a good one. Installation of a new unit in a new house was incorrectly done - one damper not installed but merely taped to the duct which was the wrong size. The result was a burned out compressor after not quite three years. Discharge air temp sensor not installed at all. When I contacted the firm about this I was told all the technicians who did substandard work were fired and replaced with competent new ones under new ownership. When i asked who the old owner was all I could get for an answer was someone named "Jake". All sounds a bit shady to me so beware.

I've had both an outlet installed in my garage as well as my air conditioning unit worked on. This is a very professional company as well as extremely reasonably priced, and they do great work! I will continue to use Master Mechanical and appreciate finally having a trustworthy company that I can count on!

Corbin came by to diagnose an unknown burning smell above our master bedroom that we were unsure if it was electrical or HVAC. Within an hour, he was leaving our house after quickly diagnosing and replacing a faulty HVAC transformer. Great customer service and excellent work quality.

We called Master Mechanical and they got us in the same day. It was even late in the day to boot. Quick diagnosis, informative to my husband. Bypassed the System until part was found and replaced within an hour. Our dog was happy to have the heat back on as well :)! Kudos to this Team!!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I have to say that I didn't expect to get same day service when my AC went out yesterday with my mother in law coming in town that night, and Kim was able to fit me in their busy schedule. Jose ended up coming to my house diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to resolve the issue for me. I couldn't have been happier. Jose and Kim were both extremely polite, friendly, and really helped me out. I can't say enough about how professional and great it was to work with them. I would definitely recommend them to others.
