Chris B did an outstanding job checking and cleaning and inspecting our entire heating and cooling unit. He thoroughly cleaned our outside unit as if it were his own. Chris B. is one of the best service person I have ever worked with, I highly recommend him.

Our heat pump system was not working properly - the outside compressor unit was not running. Chris B., the service tech, quickly identified the issue and got the system running. He also spent nearly an hour thoroughly going over the entire system to check for any other issues. No charge as under service contract. Great visit - thanks to Chris B. and the Superior Air team.
