I would not recommend they didn’t actually investigate more than looking with their eyes for a quick second and glancing with a flash light, before they asked for a payment. Our relief valve was leaking on our hot water tank. The soonest they could come was 2 days. A technician showed up and took a guess at what was wrong. He didn’t touch anything or test anything to know what was actually wrong. He said this “your expansion tank is bad (which was a lie), the pressure regulator is bad (which is also a lie), The pressure regulator is the more expensive of the 3 to fix and your home warranty will cover it (which is a lie). We need $380 to fix the other two parts.” A brand new tank at our size costs $400-$450 so when I asked if I should just replace it they said no, because they wanted me to pay them on the spot to fix these parts, one which wasn’t even bad, and the 3rd part costs $50 and my warranty was not covering it. I had a second plumber come in and they actually “tested” the pressure with a pressure gauge and adjusted it, opened everything up and took a look to explain everything. He fixed the leak temporarily with 0 parts. That is what I expect from a $75 service fee. We’re replacing the whole tank instead of paying the same for parts for it to just break again. Had they been honest, they would have been paid to do the work.

The service techs were knowledgeable, efficient and down to earth. No one wants to have emergent plumbing issues, and these guys were calm and steadfast, making this a much more tolerable situation. They were on-time, worked diligently and were patient with my small dog. :-) I think the value for the service provided was good.

Todd and Shane came in a timely manner and took care of multiple problem areas that I had in my home. They are fast and efficient. I have a new go to plumber and want to thank them sincerely. Thank you.

The other bad reviews are correct. Stay away. My home warranty company sent this company to investigate a leak with my hot water heater. Instead of simply replacing a $15 dollar part (an old expansion relief valve) they insisted that I had to have hundreds of dollars in additional unnecessary work performed. First they said that it would be against code to simply replace the bad part. This was not true - I checked both with another plumber and with the code enforcement department after they left and learned that this was only right if I was having a new water heater installed. Then they insisted that the home warranty company would not cover the repair if I didn't pay for the additional work. This was also not true - I checked with the home warranty company on this. They left my house without doing any work. Update: It turns out that absolutely nothing they told me was correct. My water heater continued to leak even after the expansion relief valve (that they told me was the problem) was replaced. They are either liars, incompetent, or incompetent liars.

Great service, here promptly between the hours they said they would. Both workers had manners, answered questions needed to know. Definitely call them again
