Steve Littlewood Plumbing-Heating

I needed a plumber and a friend highly recommend Steve Littlewood; I’m so grateful. Steve is great plumber and was a pleasure to have working in my home. I couldn't’ be happier with the work he did. I plan on having him replace my hot water heater and my boiler. I feel totally confident recommending him to my friends and family.

Steve destroyed my house and left half way through the job. It took months to finally track him down since he was purposely trying to avoid me since I paid in advance . He finally returned (after 4 months of me calling different numbers) and took so many short cuts just to get things done in a hurry. I ended up having to bring in a new contractor to fix all of Steve's work. It cost me over $18.000 and that was the cheapest price I could get out of 4 other estimates. That was my entire life savings down the drain. Be careful who you hire.because some of these contractors will leave you with a nightmare story.

I had an emergency plumbing issue late on a Saturday night, while home with my 2 year old. I called Steve, not only did he answer and listen to me freak out but he dropped whatever he was doing on a Saturday night to come help me! That really means a lot when other wouldn’t be bothered. Will totally recommend! Outstanding responsiveness and impeccable morals, willingness to help at an inconvenient time. Thank you!

A total scammer. He installed our Navien water heater 4 years ago. We started having heating issues in the winter, but thought it was just because it was an extra brutal winter. Now we have no hot water. My husband tried calling Steve and leaving him messages. He got no reply. We had another plumber come out and he told us it was installed improperly and Steve cut a lot of corners. Now it's going to cost us even more to have it reinstalled properly. I called Steve from my cell phone and he actually answered. I explained what the new plumber told us and Steve told me he would come over that day to look at it. He never showed and never called. I checked on Angie's List and someone posted the exact thing happened to them. Avoid this plumber at all costs. Edit to respond to Steve's comment: Steve, stop lying. My husband called for three weeks and kept getting a voicemail message saying you would be back Tuesday. Then I called you on my cell phone and you picked up immediately. If you sent someone over, why would he go to my basement door like a creep instead of knocking on our door? Also, you never told us you were sending someone over, since you never answered my husband's calls. As for the day I spoke to you, I told you right then and there another plumber was there and what he told me. I only posted these reviews in the evening, after you didn't show up at any point that day, even though you said you would be over in the afternoon. Also, if you properly installed it, why is this plumber telling us you used galvanized clips on copper piping and there was no primary loop installed? Also, he has tried to undo your damage, but the unit is completely messed up now and needs to be replaced. I'm also going to be contacting town hall to see if it ever actually was inspected. I'm not just going to take your word for it. See you in court.
