We have used BPS on several renovation projects - Great Company, excellent workmanship and competitive pricing! BPS just finished for us a plumbing, heating and cooling project that had many challenges and he stepped up to the plate to handle all those issues in a expeditious timeline. Brian is accessible and very responsive - which is critical for us. Highest recommendation!
Our experience with BPS Plumbing Heating and Cooling has been a very positive one. Brian's expertise in his field has helped us complete many projects and he is always available to help answer any of our questions we may have. I highly recommend BPS Plumbing because they take pride in their work and the quality is spot on.
I would refer BPS Plumbing for all building contractors and home owners. I have been in the business for over 30 years, have built over 60 houses and have been the project manager for Daly General Contracting for 3 years now, and I have never met a more professional group of plumbers. They take the time to walk you around the home before they start and show you what to do and their recommendations for homeowners especially is beneficial. Their cleanliness of the job is impeccable, you won’t even know they were there. They are a very respectable group of employees to where they are working and the property itself. I will continue to keep using them as well as recommending them to other builders and home owners especially who need to feel safe. -David Donovan Daly General Contracting
Brian and his team at BPS are great to work with. Good, quality work that they will stand behind, honest, reasonable pricing and genuinely good trustworthy people make for a 'no brainer' decision. I have used BPS in both a residential (my own house) and commercial (a law firm) setting, plumbing, general contracting and HVAC work, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend entrusting his team with your job/project.
Living in a 120+ year old house with century old infrastructure can be a challenge. BPS Plumbing were rock stars in determining where the water leak was coming from and fixing the issue. They were methodical and meticulous in their testing. We even had wall panels that could be opened for them to look inside and only after testing and determining that the pipes they could see on the second floor were bone dry did they decide they had no choice but to cut into the ceiling of the first floor below us where the leak was manifesting. As it turned out the source of the slow leak was a pipe into a drum trap from the bathroom sink that couldn't be seen from above and could only be seen by cutting into the ceiling. The water had leaked into a light fixture mount on the first floor that was trapping it like a bowl. That bowl of water would periodically overflow and create a waterfall cascade. Ironically, none of the water tests produced any kind of cascade, just drips that definitely signaled the problem was still there. They were able to fix the leak and the test was successful! They cleaned up after themselves and left things as they found them. BPS is by far and away the best plumbers I've ever hired and I would recommend them to everyone. I plan to use them going forward for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.
