If I could give this business a lower rating, I would. Called to see if we could get someone to come out in mid August on the hottest month on record, and said they couldn't get out until 2 days later, not to mention trying to get parts. They would be replacing the fan that was replaced last year, that shouldn't have gone out again within the next 3 years.
Called Natchez Heating & Cooling Inc on Friday for some minor plumbing to be done on the following Monday. Called Natchez Heating & Cooling Inc on Monday late morning to confirm I was on their schedule, they said yes. I waited around my house all day Monday, but got no call backs and it was a no show. I would not recommend them for any type of work, if they cannot at-least make a call to reschedule when they cannot make an appointment.
The guys to call!! We were having electrical problems throughout our home and they came out the same day and corrected the problem. Just knowing electrical work can get expensive but not with these guys! Great All around service!
