Very professional, and friendly, exceptional job and prices

This company does awful work, and they are very unresponsive. They also reach out to you a year after they did work at your house and say "we were doing a little housekeeping and noticed you still have an invoice that has not been paid". I called them back and left a vm questioning this because I always pay my bills on time, and if I'm not in town at the time of service I call with my credit card info, so I wanted someone to call me back and discuss this ( and I was not happy to get a call about a year old bill they had just found). No one returned my call....weeks went by. Then the water heater (that's 2.5 years old) started leaking, and I called and left another message asking for help. Their accounting person who got back with me ( I think she's the owners wife) was nasty, sarcastic, and down right rude. She told me I would have to clear up the outstanding invoice first and then we could talk about the leaking water heater. I was between a rock and a hard place, so I paid the year old invoice she said I owed and we moved forward. She scheduled an appointment for the following day. We were leaving on vacation, so I had a friend meet the plumber the following day. According to the friend who met the plumber at our house here is what the plumber said and did - The plumber looked around the water heater and didn't see any water and said it was fine. He was at our house maybe 5 minutes. I called the company the following day to get an update from them, and they said the water heater was fine. They charged me for the visit, and I paid the bill. On Sunday 7/28/19, I was in the basement getting a few coolers for a party we were having that afternoon and I stepped in water again. I walked over to the water heater and water was running and dripping out of the bottom, and from all sides, and flowing out of the top of the water heater. Water was all over the floor running into the drain. I called them immediately and their vm picked up because they were closed. I left a message detailing the problem, and as of 2:30 the following day - Monday 7/29/19 I have not heard a word from them. The water heater is under warranty and we need hot water, but absolutely not a peep from this awful plumbing company.

I would HIGHLY recommend using Neiheisel plumbing. Their entire team was kind, reliable and overall did a great job with a tough project. The project at our 110 year old home took 5 days to complete and they cleaned up after themselves everyday and made sure to have the water off in our home for as little time as possible and were super positive and happy every time my husband or I chatted with them. Great service, fair prices, and a great team.

This is the company you want for your next plumbing project. The plumbers who came out to do their part on our bathroom remodel were courteous and extremely skilled. They went above and beyond to make sure the plumbing would meet our needs. We live in an old Victorian farmhouse and the plumbing they installed looked like a work of art by the time they were finished. It was not an easy installation by any means. I have nothing but respect for this company.
