I appreciate how Mr. Rooter plumbing is open 24/7. They were easy to get ahold of even late on a weekend evening when I had a water heater emergency. I was able to get Danny out to replace my water heater. He was very kind and did a wonderful job! They were quick, helpful, and respectful. I also had Danny fix a toilet in my home. I highly recommend this plumbing company! I will be using them again in the future!

We had a “middle of the night” water backup due to sewer line had become plugged and the water softener waste water couldn’t bypass the clog and backup up into the basement utility area. Yes, middle of the night flooding truly is stressful. We immediately called Mr. Rooter. Brady Basgall was the technician. He arrived on schedule, professionally dressed, polite and very focused on making sure he understood our issue and fixing it on the fastest, less cost impacting way. He kept us informed of everything he was seeing along the way and advised of what would be the best solution to remedy. After analyzing them potential cause of the water backup, he advised it might be in best interest to start out with scope first, to determine if it was an actual clog or other issue. The scope is much less expensive then going straight to a Rooter cable. Plus, he advised that most of the time, he clear a lot of the clogs with the camera itself, thereby preventing having to charge more for a Rooter cable. Plus, he advised that if the camera does find the clog and can’t clear it, and he would have to use the Rooter cable, he will then not charge the camera effort and merely charge the Rooter cable effort only. Brady exhibited complete professional attitude the whole time he was here. He was polite, professional and very focused on meeting our needs in the most efficient, economical and less intrusive method possible. I discovered today that the connections on my hot water heater were about to burst. A quick call to Mr. Rooter brought a plumber to my door within an hour. Danny Wells was extremely polite and professional. He quickly assessed the situation and got right to work . He had to replace the water heater. And he did so by himself. Which was quite a trick hauling a 13 year old water heater filled with calcium up 12 steps from my basement. When he was done he meticulously checked all of his connections and made sure there were no leaks. I am confident Mr. Rooter was the right call to solve my problem. I have a tremendous amount of confidence in their workmanship and professionalism. I had some small issues in plumbing today but Brent Weekly of Mr. Rooter handled it professionally and took just as much care as a much larger job. Very courteous and polite he was extremely helpful and proficient. Some people dread calling a plumber but with the positive experiences I have had with Mr. Rooter instead of anxiety I can now call them with relief. Thanks Brent you were great today.

Mr. Rooter came to my rescue on a cold winter night. I called around 3pm and the service man Danny worked late, but had my new water heater installed by 8pm. He was qualified, friendly and efficient. The quality of his work was good. And he installed ventilation for free.

By far the best experience we've had with a plumber. Brent was punctual, thoughtful, answered all my questions and helped us understand everything, was friendly and considerate with our young kids and very conscientious of working clean. Highly recommend and will definitely call again!
