We found Home Comfort a few years ago when our 25-year old furnace needed service. Since then, they've installed a new high-efficiency furnace, a/c, and a hot water heater. They service all of our equipment annually and they take great care of us! We never have trouble setting appointments, the techs are always on time and even give us a call to let us know they're on their way. And no pressure to upgrade/add-on/replace anything EVER! They definitely make us feel like family, even if we get a new technician for our service call. Dan was on time, professional, and friendly - he even asked questions about our dog and shared stories about his! We recommend Home Comfort to everyone!

Excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. I was told all the details of what was included during the inspection and maintenance of my furnace. Dan was our technician and he did a wonderful job with the inspection and explaining everything afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing service done to any system in their home. The membership club is a great program as well and we are considering joining for the awesome benefits that are offered. Home Comfort Experts will absolutely be my go-to company for the rest of our time in our current home. This company rules.
The technicians are always polite and professional. They do a good job in an appropriate amount of time. They note any items needing attention, and if everything is in good shape they let you know that, too. Chad was my technician today. He knows his stuff and is always pleasant. The office staff is pleasant when they call to schedule service (and they make sure to call so I don't miss it) and to follow up on any service. I recommend them and will definately continue to use them in the future.
