I had 2 AC/furnace units replaced in my home and I was extremely satisfied with the whole process. They evaluated the problems I was having and offered a few different solutions. They showed up on time and were very professional and protected the floor they were working on. Lance and Lincoln showed me how everything worked when it was finished and I now have a comfortable home without a huge energy bill. I highly recommend them. These guys know customer service and excel in it.
This company was great to work with,from secretaries on the phone to the tech. Every thing was explained and shown to me step by step. The work was done quickly and have been very satisfied. I called them to work on a second address and again they came through.
Be very careful with this company. know what you are getting into before you call this company. A second opinion will be highly recommended Or rather, just don't waste your time and $.
I am updating my home. The first work was new furnace and A/C. They were on time and very knowledgeable. Made sure that I understood eveything that was going to happen and the results to be expected. Was very pleased with new job that was done. Would not hesitate to use them again!
CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS! My air was not working and I called them and Lance came out and the internal blower was not working and it was the sequencer. It was a $52 part and he wanted to sell me a $618 kit for the internal blower. My other option was a $6,830 unit. I am telling you from experience do not use these people! Like other people on these reviews that seem to be negative they are not being negative they are telling you the truth! These people just want your money and they also want to take advantage of your hard-earned money! I called premiere Heating and Air in Evansville and the gentleman came out and replace the part For $52 and his service call which was 70. Their emergency service call is $160. So you don't have to be good at math to see which is the better deal. I will never ever ever use these people again.
