Showed up same day, which is way more than I can say for others. So big thanks for that. Doesn't take credit cards though, a big inconvenience in these modern times when most people don't write paper checks anymore. Would have been helpful to know about the credit card deal up front. Polite and professional. Treated our home with respect. Followed me to the bank to get a check. So all was good in the end. That is except for my deceased appliance.

Quick response and fast service! Very happy. Will call on them again if needed.

These guys came out and fixed my Heat pump in a quick and efficient manner. They were affordable and walked me threw the process and were very polite. I will definitely call these guys back if I have any further problems.

It is hard to find HVAC contractors that are not pushy salesmen, telling you it's time to replace your entire furnace because a $50 part is failing. These guys were prompt, gave me a very affordable alternative vs. replacing with a new A/C unit, and warranty their work without pushing some over-priced service plan. I'll be calling them again. Update: they had installed a unit which was pulled from another home, reportedly because they went from gas/AC to a heat pump or other setup. I paid $1500 for installation of that exterior unit and re-use of the existing coil. The work was warrantied by installer for the summer of 2016 and it lasted for the summer of 2016, without service. In May 2017 it was no longer working, I called and paid for service (about $400) which got it running again for a week. Then it failed again, another fix (this time only a $65 part, no labor charge). Then a few days later it failed completely. This time I bought a brand-new unit from someone else with 10 years parts and 2 years labor warranty (about $4800 for a 3 ton unit). Maybe just bad luck, they were very responsive throughout, but I will not be using again.

Be careful..came to my house to repair refrigerator—here approximately 30 minutes—replaced starter relay—charged me $175.00 for a $10–20 part. Also charged me $105.00 for service call—$280.00 total—RIP OFF—will never use them again
