We had a cracked pipe issue in our laundry room, went on the search for a local plumber and the downers grove Facebook page gave great feedback about this company and I could not of been more happy with the quality of work and the professionalism of the company itself. La Cassa plumbing is an amazing company. We hired Carmen to replace an older toilet in the house and also a sump pump. He is very professional and honest. He explained our different options and helped us make the right decision. Highly recommended !
Our sump pump was vibrating for the past few days so when I put a post up on a Downers Grove Facebook group several people suggested LaCassa plumbing. Carmen, the owner, came by the same day to assess the situation and help fix it. He was very professional, upfront with cost and time to complete the job. I would highly recommend.
Our water heater went out at 6pm on New Year’s Eve, and I called LaCassa Plumbing to find out what the soonest available appointment would be. Carmen came out THE NEXT MORNING on New Year’s Day! He replaced our water heater and did a repipe on our corroded copper piping. We have two toddlers and we’re SUPER impressed with the response time, the kindness, and the care in the work performed. Carmen takes great pride in his work and treated our home like it was his own. The work area was left cleaner than when he started, and whenever my 1.5 year old daughter wanted to talk to him and watch him, he would talk with her and show her what he was doing. We really couldn’t be happier in the work performed, the professionalism, the kindness, and the pricing of our service call. We will only call LaCassa Plumbing when we need any plumbing work done.
Lacassa plumbing is excellent. They get back to me within the hour of initial inquiry. They always came on time, and called 15 minutes before arrival. Their work is excellent and prices are reasonable.
