Nothing like waking up to your wife screaming your name in the middle of the night because she hears something funny coming from the basement. Turns out what she heard was water gushing out of the water heater where the drainage valve used to be. After the cleanup, I called Andrew, the owner, in the morning to have my water heater replaced. He arrived in the morning at exactly the time he said he would, and got right to work. He was very quick disassembling the old one, and installing the new one. Plus his prices are very fair, and it is nice to have a friendly chat with such a personable guy. I highly recommend Platinum Plumbing and will definitely call them again for all my plumbing needs.

When I was notified that I had an illegal valve connection of my hot water heater to my humidifier by my furnace company, I called Platinum Plumbing. Andrew was able to come the next day and installed the correct valve. Everything went smoothly. Great work!

Andrew was so helpful with my kitchen sink clog. It was even his birthday and I was his last service call of the day. He was quick but thorough and even had great advice to keep the problem from happening again. Glad he made it to his birthday on time and my sink is wokring again. :)

We remodeled our kitchen and ended up needing a vent pipe re-routed. Platinum Plumbing was able to come right out to move the pipe for us and then came back when we were ready to plumb in the new sink and dishwasher. Great work, I highly recommend them!

I have called Andrew on countless occasions for a variety of services over the last several years and have been extremely pleased with his professionalism and results. One time I noticed my hot water tank in the basement was starting to rust out, and in less than 24 hours, he plumbed in a new one and hauled the old one away, on a holiday weekend no less. He has cleaned out my backed up sewer drain and installed a sewer line check valve to prevent it from ever happening again. Most recently, Andrew installed a garbage disposal for me with an air pressure switch. Whenever my next plumbing issue arises, I will not hesitate to give Platinum Plumbing Inc. a call, and you shouldn't either!
