VERY honest! As soon as I called, they stated someone would call me to schedule. They called within 30 min, and they came over within the hour. They were honest about the appliance we had and he was able to fix it within 2 hours or so. (We’ve also used them in the past for pipe issues and they were just as honest then as they are now). You get what you pay for: honesty.. fast response.. great service!

Response time was fast I will say, they had someone at my place in 15 minutes flat. The issue I have was with was execution of work in a timely manner and then half way through the work the old man showing up telling me we have to rip open the wall and replace everything and it will take 2 days of work and half a grand minimum. Immediately in the door the old man is asking me how I'm going to pay. I was having a pleasent conversation with the son about local plumbing services in the area and how he knows a majority of them when the old man pipes up (after being wrong about ripping my house down) how we should have called them instead and nobody does better work then him, very rude and unprofessional. The son is competent, polite and professional, the old man needs to hang up his hat and is the only reason a negative review is being left.

When you want the job done properly, Schofield is the way to go. Every once in a while you find a company that you can really rely on, it's a rare thing and I can honestly say there's nobody I'd ever call besides Schofield. If you've been let down by others in the past, call them now and you'll never need to look up another plumber for the rest of your life.

HIGHLY recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our pipes froze last night (2019 polar vortex) and even though they were swamped, they sent a plumber out to us right away! Amazing response time!!! The man was very knowledgeable and professional and had our water running in no time flat. I cannot give a higher recommendation for a company! If you need plumbing service CALL SCHOFIELD. You will not be sorry. You truly do get what you pay for. Fast response time even when swamped. Fair and decent pricing. Professional and knowledgeable plumbers. Quality work. My mother was trying to have the plumbing done in the her whole house he said he would call her at 2 yesterday never did she called him he said oh there was an emergency can we do it tomorrow she said that is fine He did not call or show up like he was supposed to then when she called them back again he then tried to say he was not thinking he'd be interested in doing the work so wasted two days of her time and he only said that when she was going to tell him that she wanted nothing to do with their business or the way they handle it or conduct themselves would give them no stars if that was possible
