From appointment to quote to installation, I had a great experience with AAA Northgate. The process moved very quickly. The team member who provided my bid was courteous, prompt, and thorough. The team that completed the installation did a great job and adhered to the projected timeline. Overall, the service was excellent.
They are always here right away when I have a problem. They are respectful of my home. They do quality work in a timely fashion. The employees are friendly and spend time explaining things. I have used them for years and highly recommend them.
Pat gave us options of what we can do, he was just trying to sell us a new furnace. It is nice to see someone that loves their job and is so pleasant to to have in your home. We have had AAA Northgate products before because of the quality and durability and will continue to. Our current furnace is 30 years old and air conditioner is 25 years old.
AAA was A+ with their timely response and furnace repair. I called in the morning, and Jesse had diagnosed & fixed the furnace before noon of the very same day. He also proactively called the manufacturer to provide a parts warranty without me even asking. It was a great experience!
The heat exchanger on my Carrier furnace went out. A workman diagnosed the problem promptly and repair occurred the next afternoon. The main unit was on warranty. I paid a fair price. Both technicians were on time, fair, and competent. Very happy with the experience.
