When a “professional business” cannot provide its employees with PROOF and itemization of fees they are charging for tools that have been returned to them they are obviously being dishonest, untrustworthy and underhanded. If they are willing to treat employees this way I am sure they do the same with customers.

Workmanship was great..woman at front desk is rude. We've done business with Brookwood for years but will rethink that if I have to deal with her. If she hates her job then get her out of there !
