They came to the house, observed the problem we were having with our hot water heater, made an adjustment and recommended we wait. Did not charge for the visit. We have used them in the past.

Nelson and Sons Plumbing and Heating is far and away the best plumbing business I have ever worked with. When you call a professional the most important aspect of their visit is trust. You almost certainly are not an expert, which is why you are calling one, and therefore you need to be able to trust the professionals you call. The professionals at Nelson and Sons are just that; honest, trustworthy, and reliable. I cannot recommend Nelson and Sons enough; 5 stars out of 5.
