I was so impressed with Darryl and Ryan they were on time and very respectful. Not to mention way cheaper than any other place in town. If we ever have another problem I know who I will be calling!

Scheduled an appointment through their booking system and was sent two confirmation emails before my appointment. They never showed up. I called multiple times with no answer and still have no idea what happened.

Adler was here to help with a gurgling sound that was annoying our family. He arrived at the time he was expected, listened to the concern and then went to work. He came back to me after assessing the situation and advise of two possibilities of what it could be. He then proceeded to eliminate the possibilities. After he determined what the issue was he advised on what it would cost and asked if okay to proceed. He was polite, respectful and was efficient at his job. I would recommend that he go into any of my family and friends home. thanks Roto-Rooter and especially Adler for his courteous service.
