We’ve had great service from Dalton’s and appreciate the promptness of service and knowledgeable caring technicians. Brad Piper was prompt, clean and pleasant. He explained what he was doing with our furnace and fireplace check ups. He had simple suggestions to help our furnace run more efficiently. He was easy to talk to and explained things in ways that not only my mechanically minded husband could understand, but made sure that I understood as well. Brad was honest about potential needs of our HVAC system going forward so that we can plan ahead.

Quick response to my call! Plumber was here in 30 minutes. Diagnosis was quick. Returned early the next morning with needed part. Have also had my fireplace cleaned and repaired. Pleasant, efficient, quality service!

Scott Knight was very helpful. Calling on a Saturday because our A/C was creating a puddle in our basement! Called several places, but picked Dalton because they said on their answering machine how much the weekend rate was - no guessing or waiting to find out what it would cost to get someone to look at it. Scott arrived quickly, made his assessment, had the part to fix it in his van, completed the repair, and cleaned up the puddle! -- We had a routine service call as part of the Dalton Comfort package. Kyle Cowell and Matt Barnes were professional, prompt, and easy to work with. Great experiences overall!

We needed a minor warranty repair done. I called Dalton's at 11 in the morning and they were here by 12:30. Andy did our repair. He was friendly and efficient about his work. All of the Dalton's Representatives have cleaned up after themselves every time. I'm impressed again. Thank you Dave!

Brad is an awesome specialist! Very thorough, gives great directions and explanations; making sure I understand what he’s telling me. I have to do most of the upkeep on these items so I’m appreciative of his extra help and patience.
